    Hi

I have just inherited a 1950’s Singer Featherweight 221K that could probably do with a check before using it too much. Is this something you can look at or can you recommend someone in the Felixstowe area?

I am awaiting a machine return from Ipswich as I didn’t know you were in the area so could not bring it in until I have the other one back (can’t be without a machine!).

Can you also let me know how much you charge

    Thanks
    Janet Ryles

hi is it possible to get my overlocker looked at. I did a overlocker workshop & Tim had a look at my machine I think it was the lower looper playing up. It started playing up again & breaking every time I thread it up.

    Hi
My singer sewing machine is having a tension problem with thread on the underside of sewing bunching up and spiralling out of control! Thread reel on top of machine baggies out all over the place when sewing. No adjusting seems to make any difference
Any idea how much it would cost for you to take a look /fix please ?

    Hi
I have a Viking husquavarna basic machine and a pfaff computerised machine that could both do with a clean and service! Could you give me an idea of price for this please and how quickly they could be done?
I could drop them to you on a Saturday morning as my children both play hockey at Felixstowe .
    Many thanks

What was wrong with the Toyota 8800? Only mine could not be repaired by the official repair agent for the area. He did ot know what was wrong with it, because when you turn the wheel to change the stitches, sometimes it would be 1 stitch to the left or right of what was displayed. It is probably a simple fix, but not if you don’t know what the cause is…
He had never even seen one of these venerable old machines – If I could get mine to you sometime, do you think you might be able to fix it?
    Thanks!

    Can you repair a 25k?

I am thinking about purchasing a new machine. What machine would you suggest that is not too expensive? does the basics and runs smoothly. Some of the newer machines sound so choppy and tinny..

Hello My old Singer 507 has been skipping stitches lately and I can’t see what’s wrong, could you give me a price for a service for it please, so I can decide if it’s worth having it fixed rather than buying new

Hi! Susan Friday Braintree shuttle jumping out again was going to try and put it back but it would take me a couple of hours. Only altered three tops when it started.
